The Addington Fund is a registered farming charity that provides homes for farming families who have to leave the industry, through no fault of their own.
The charity was originally set up to help farmers in difficulty during the 2001 Foot and Mouth outbreak. Since then, we have been on hand to help providing housing and disaster relief in England and Wales, as and when natural disasters occur, both on a national and regional scale.
Today, we focus more on housing, although hardship grants are available, at the Trustees’ Discretion, in times of emergency.
